After almost 24 hours of travel, we–and all our luggage–arrived in Edinburgh. An Über car took us to the very comfortable Raeburn Hotel, where we ate well and slept long. Enjoyed an evening stroll in the neighborhood. We bundled up, but evidently the natives found it balmy, as many of them sat outside their cafés in light sweaters, enjoying bottles of wine with their dinners. (Click on photos for larger images.)
